August BBQ Extravaganza
We will be hosting a BBQ every Friday evening throughout August, so do come along and enjoy the team’s exceptional culinary skills on the big green egg while soaking up the spectacular surroundings of the Holland & Holland shooting grounds.
Each week we will be offering a different menu concept for you to enjoy, from succulent beef burgers with smoked onion mayonnaise to a Mediterranean-style grill. Take your pick from buckets of beers, pitchers of cocktails, Pimms, or wine to accompany your al fresco dining experience.
What better way to kick off the weekend than by joining us on our relaxed and picturesque terrace overlooking the stunning grounds?

Dining 17:30 – 20:00 (for food orders)
Prior to the evening's dining experience, you have the opportunity to reserve a late afternoon shooting slot. Our experienced Holland & Holland instructors will guide you through the experience, catering to novices, pros, and everyone in between.

Holland & Holland Burgers – Friday 4th August.
- H&H Beef burger, toasted brioche, mature cheddar, smoked onion mayonnaise and tomato.
- Buttermilk chicken burger, toasted brioche, chilli aioli, lettuce and tomato.
- Harissa and marinated halloumi, toasted brioche and lettuce.
Sides: Tomato, feta and basil salad, triple cooked chips, dressed garden leaves.
Holland Hot Dogs – Friday 11th August
HG Walter’s jalapeno and cheddar hotdog, brioche bun, mustard mayonnaise and topped with crispy shallots.
Chickpea falafel, brioche bun, and spiced hummus.
Homemade Merguez sausage, brioche bun, roasted pepper relish, served on pickled red cabbage.
Sides: Triple cooked chips, coleslaw, corn ribs with miso and chilli butter.
Eastern Selection – Friday 18th August
Shawarma spiced chicken thighs, roasted chilli sauce and yoghurt.
Spiced lamb kofta with Tzatziki.
BBQ aubergine with cumin, tahini dressing, preserved lemons, chilli and coriander, rocket salad.
Sides: Lemon and herb cous cous salad, red onion and tomato salad, Padron peppers.
The Mediterranean – Friday 25th August
Garlic and lemon marinated tiger prawns and salmon, with salsa verde.
Mediterranean vegetable and mozzarella skewer, with a chimichurri sauce.
Tandoori marinated chicken, with a yoghurt dressing.
Sides: Orzo, pea and mint salad, potato salad, charred broccoli with chilli and garlic.
